I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Mental Health (LPC-MH), Qualified Mental Health Professional, Life Coach, FMS Certified Exercise Professional, Health Coach, Podcaster & Writer. I have been working in private practice for over 20 years as a mental health therapist, life coach & health coach. Along the way, I worked for some years as a part-time personal trainer, owned a Cross-Fit gym and created an on-line weight-loss program.
I am 50 years old and a mother to one child. I love to travel, adventure, write, podcast and help others find a life of freedom, meaning and joy. I am a recovered binge-eater, restricter, emotional-eater, yo-yo dieter and suffered with anxiety for years. I know what it's like to live a life that feels small and inauthentic to one that is free, meaningful and full of moments of joy.
I created my own structured program to heal myself and now offer that program to others. I help facilitate processes for individuals to reach their goals in life through practical direct direction, emotion management, habit change, thought-work and skill building. I use research-based strategies and skills training to derive results.
My life’s mission is to bring whole-person health (physical, mental, emotional, spiritual) to individuals so they can live their absolute best lives.
