You will delve into the science of post-drug weight management and cultivate a mindset that propels you towards a healthier, enduring relationship with your body and food. This is not just a course; it's a tailored guide to empower you in the next chapter of your wellness journey.

What You Get


Module 1 is called Foundations and includes 5 behavioral strategies you will start to practice which will begin to bring nourishment to your body. When we practice behaviors that nourish our body and give our body a sense of safety (also called State Before Story...which you will learn more about later) we are better able to make decisions and choices around food and our behaviors that we really want to be making.

Module 2 is called Appetite Regulation (The Natural Way) and includes the science behind our bodies and brains and appetite regulation so you can understand how to harness these systems to make appetite regulation easier.

Module 3 is called How You Think Matters For Maintenance and includes cognitive strategies and skills training all taken from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which are both research based. When we learn the skills of thinking in particular ways on purpose (also called Story Before State), we begin to be released from habitual thinking patterns that keep us stuck in behaviors we want to change (like overeating).

Module 4 is called Feel Your Feelings Like A Pro/Somatic Practice and includes skills training for moving your emotions through your body to release them (somatic training). When we feel our feelings in a healthy way by no longer stuffing them, ignoring them or dismissing them we then stop needing to use food to manage them. You will learn skills that empower you to feel any feeling and ways to release the feeling. This practice reduces the urges your brain throws at you to use food to change the feeling.

Module 5 is called Movement and includes templates for you to choose from that are doable and currently sustainable for you. You will have direction on how to create a movement plan for yourself where you can feel empowered. Depending on if you already workout every day or if you've never had a structured movement plan, you will learn about different levels of fitness/movement plans and how to choose the one that works best for you with your current lifestyle to keep you in weight maintenance.

All Modules contain multiple lessons, sections labeled "Tips and Tricks", "Examples", and printable Worksheets/Journal prompts/PDFs.

The "Tips and Tricks" section as a way to give you concrete ideas on how to actually execute what you are learning.

There are many PDFs (worksheets, journal prompts, templates, cheat sheets, etc) included for you to actually apply what you are learning and work the strategies and skills into your day and week for optimal success!

You will have this course for at minimum three years and maybe longer. This will depend on how the course sells over time.
